Help Finding Us
Where in the World is Randolph, Iowa?

If you're a 'local' we're actually located on our old family farm, named Oak Dale Farm, in 1906 by Tim's Great Grandfather, Myron. It is south of Randolph 5 miles, and east 3/4 mile, on 170th Street (which is actually a graveled road).
From Shenandoah

Go west on US Highway 2 apx 9 miles to County L68 (which is also 330th Ave, which is locally known as Nine-mile Corner). Go north apx 4.5 miles to 170th Street. Go back east 3/4 mile. Bingo!
From Council Bluffs, Glenwood or Tabor

From US Highway 34, go east to US Highway 275, then go south on 275, 2 miles south of Tabor to County J, through Randolph. On the east edge of Randolph, go south on County L68 (which is also 330th Ave.) apx 5 miles to 170th Street. Go east 3/4 mile. Bingo!

Our Shop Hours:

Tuesday through Friday 9:00 to 5:00

Closed Sunday and Monday

Available by appointment most other times.

So here's the deal: Tim and Joyce are semi-retired and living in a big 'ol house on their Iowa family farm. Our shop is located right on the farm, so we don't have far to commute every day, and it makes it handy if we need to meet you by appointment during off hours. We do still work in our shop most of the time, but not always. So please call before you drive out to visit. We'd hate to miss you if you come and we're not here.

Mondays are usually devoted to 'farm day' when we work like crazy on the property trying to keep Mother Nature at bay. Since we're probably out away from the buildings, we're difficult to contact on Mondays. If that's your only day to drop off projects or pick them up, we can make arrangements to meet you. Just contact us to be sure we can be there for you.

Sundays are for resting. It says so in the Bible, and it says so in our corporate by-laws, too. Seriously, we live and work our own businesses, and our 'store' building is onsite where we live. It could become a 24/7 365 job if we weren't careful. Our first furniture restoration shop with an actual street address was started in 1974, and we've been doing this continually ever since. We've been at this a long time. We've just had to establish a pretty firm rule with ourselves that we close the store on Sundays. We hope you'll understand.
