SHIPPING INFORMATION

Our standard shipping charges are for 'US Lower 48,' only.

WoodFinishing & Furniture Restorer's Supply does not intend to profit from our shipping charges. However, with PayPal as our payment gateway, we do not have a way to receive your order, then assess the exact shipping costs charged to us. So, we are 'forced' to apply flat rate charges. We have been in business for many years, and feel we are charging accurately what it really costs to get your product to you. Some of our products are sold with 'Free Media Shipping', while others carry shipping fees. Some of our products can only be shipped via UPS Ground Only service. We try to let you know your options and we try to carry out your wishes where ever we can.

Special shipping:

We will ship product to you where ever you are, by whatever means is legal, as long as you're willing to pay the additional costs.
If you want UPS Next Day Air to Brazil, and the product is approved for that place and method, we'll be happy to serve you. Just email us or attach a note with your order telling us your preferences. Select 'Express/Special Shipping when you check out. We will process your order and get the shipping rate for you. Then, after you approve the additional costs, we will send you a PayPal Invoice for the remaining balance, if any. You then pay the invoice for the additional shipping, and your package will be on its way to you. If you decide to decline the special rates and/or the order, we will be happy to credit your order back to you and void the sale. We are here to serve you.

RETURNS

Items may be returned within 30 days of invoice, provided they are in new, unused, resaleable condition. No unauthorized returns. No items will be accepted for return after 30 days. All returns must be accompanied with our Return Authorization Number clearly written on the outside of the package. No returns on CD's, DVD's or other printed, copyable materials. We want you to be happy with our products. If you are not, please contact us immediately so we can work with you to resolve your issue(s). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
